The second day of the 2020 My Physio Riverboat Classic saw lots of great action including buzzer-beaters, a couple of overtime games and a three-way tie in the boy’s Purdy Division.
Game #3 – Fredericton vs. Leo Hayes (G)
FHS opens day #2 of the My Physio Riverboat Classic with a 74-53 win over Leo Hayes girls. Pomodori Pizza players of the game were Lauren Grant (LHHS) and Eavan McLaughlin (FHS).
Game #4 – Moncton vs. Fredericton (B)
FHS boys win their first game of the My Physio Riverboat Classic over Moncton 105-69. Pomodoro Pizza POG were Felly Njilayi (MHS) & Miles Haines-Lacey (FHS)
Game #5 – Cobequid vs. KVHS (G)
Cobequid wins their first game of the 2020 My Physio Riverboat Classic 74-52 over KVHS. Kyra Hector (KVHS) & Leah Adams (CEC) we’re the Pomodoro Pizza POG.
Game #6 – Citadel vs. Fredericton (G)
FHS defeats Citadel girls 78-67 in OT. They finish 1st Crystal Div of the My Physio Riverboat Classic.
Game #7 – Horton vs. Moncton (B)
Moncton defeats Horton 66-59 in the My Physio Riverboat Classic. Luke Powers (MHS) & Aiden Clarke (HHS) are the Pomodoro Pizza POG.
Game #8 – Saint John vs. Auburn (B)
Saint John high defeats Auburn 89-85 in the My Physio Riverboat Classic. Ben Power (SJHS) & James Fitzgerald (ADHD) are the Pomodoro Pizza POG.
Game #9 – Leo Hayes vs. Citadel (G)
Citadel bounces back to win their 2nd game 69-55 over Leo Hayes girls in the My Physio Riverboat Classic. The Pomodori Pizza POG were Jody Upshaw (CHS) & Abby Bannister (LHHS).
Game #10 – Moncton vs. Cobequid (G)
Moncton defeats Cobequid girls 70-65 in the My Physio Riverboat Classic.
Game #11 – Auburn vs. KVHS (B)
The host KVHS Crusaders fall in OT 104-93 to Auburn Drive in the My Physio Riverboat Classic. Ryan Pollard (KVHS) & Jayden Thomas (ADHS) are the Pomodori Pizza POG.
Game 12 – Fredericton vs. Horton (B)
FHS Black Kats improve to 2-0 to win the Majestic Div with a 96-69 victory over Horton. Pomodori Pizza POG were Kaj MacVicar (HHS) and Alex Dunn (FHS).
